Description
The headache rack features an integrated tube design and a tough powder-coat finish for durability. It has a sturdy frame made of 4-inch structural steel channel rails and 3/8-inch by 2-inch side rails with stake pockets. The deck is made from 1/8-inch steel tread plate. It includes a B&W gooseneck hitch rated for 30,000 pounds, which comes with a 7-way electrical plug, and a modular sealed wiring harness. There’s also a B&W bumper pull hitch rated for 24,000 pounds, along with standard 7-way round and 5-way flat electrical plugs at the rear tailboard. The lighting includes LED DOT-required clearance and marker lights, along with 3-inch steel roll-formed 3/16-inch channel cross members for support. An angled fuel fill is provided, and there are two LED recessed lights for tail, brake, and backup functions mounted in the headache rack.
